Ingredients for :
- 3/4 c. rice
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 2 c. water
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. milk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 T. raisins
Cook the rice for 15 minutes.
Then, rinse in cold water and put into a pot with 2 cups water and cinnamon.
Cook over a medium flame until all the liquid has been absorbed.
Reduce the heat and add the sugar and the milk.
Cook until the rice is done.
Add the eggs to the rice.
Bring to a boil...and the El Salvador food recipe of Arroz is ready to serve....enjoy !
